Duties and Functions

  • Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises the development of a comprehensive property management program for the authority;
  • Plans and/or standards for the proper control, requisition, safekeeping, distribution/disposition and/or maintenance of the Authority’s supplies, materials and equipment;
  • Plans and supervises the maintenance of adequate stocks of supplies, materials and equipment necessary for the agency’s operation;
  • Directs and supervises the maintenance and updating of all the records of the Authorities properties, assets, vehicles, equipment, facilities and other related items;
  • Directs and supervises the registration and/or insurance of the Authority’s vehicles, equipment and other properties;
  • Reviews and sign work of subordinates;
  • Plans, assign and distributes work assignment to subordinates;
  • Perform other related functions.
