Duties and Functions

  • Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises the efficient collection of fees, charges, bills and other revenues accruing to the Authority;
  • Directs and supervises the development and implementation of plans, policies and procedures governing the collection of fees, charges, bills and other collectible accounts of the Authority;
  • Supervises the keeping, maintenance and updating of records of collectible accounts;
  • Plans and supervises collection of bills and delinquent account;
  • Directs and supervises the preparation of remittance advises of daily collection and deposits same to the bank;
  • Reviews and reconciles report of collection of collectors with the reports of collecting officer;
  • Plans, assign and distributes work assignments to subordinates;
  • Perform other related functions.
